As executive chef of the Brewers Association and editor of CraftBeer.com, Adam Dulye educates on the compatibility of craft beer and contemporary cuisine. The Culinary Institute of America graduate has helmed several kitchens around the country, including The Abbot’s Cellar in San Francisco, a James Beard Award semi-finalist, a San Francisco Chronicle Top 100 restaurant, and one of the first and most celebrated dining restaurants in America that focused on craft beer.
Dulye is the co-author of CraftBeer.com’s Beer & Food Course, designed for culinary schools and industry professionals, as well as The Beer Pantry: Cooking at the Intersection of Craft Beer and Great Food.
CraftBeer.com is fully dedicated to small and independent U.S. breweries.
